Start small, evolve.

I prefer this phrase over “Think big, start small”—it resonates more deeply. The idea that our species began as microscopic life in the ocean is both awe-inspiring and a perfect metaphor for growth. It reminds us of the power in starting small and evolving to adapt, survive, and ultimately thrive in whatever environment we find ourselves in.

A germ of an idea is all you need to begin. Don’t aim to leap from a single germ to a fully-formed ecosystem overnight. Maybe just focus on nurturing the connection between two germs—and let the evolution unfold naturally.
